Anyone who believes that movement is better together! We specialize in designing private group fitness classes for a wide variety of groups, no matter the fitness level. We hosts classes for events throughout the Louisville, Kentucky area, including:

BOOKING & LOGISTICS
"How do private classes work?"
We bring the energy to you - no gym or studio required! Whether it's a neighborhood park, your workplace, or your own backyard, SocialMotion travels to your preferred location in the Louisville area to host a private workout class for just you and your people. And because this is a private class, we work with you to make sure the class is tailored to your event/group.
"What type of classes do you offer?"
We offer two different class durations (30 minute and 45 minute), and three different class levels so you can find the perfect fit for your event and crew.
Whether you are looking for something more "chill" and restorative or high intensity strength building, we have a class for you. All of our standard classes are mat-based with either bodyweight only exercises or bodyweight and resistance band exercises.
Depending on the level you choose you can expect movements inspired by yoga, pilates, aerobics, and resistance training, all led by our expert instructor and set to an amazing playlist (you can choose the music too!).
The levels of classes we offer are:
Level 1: “SlowMotion”

The Vibe: A restorative, flow based class that incorporates a mix of burn, breath and mobility

Best For: Groups looking for something more "chill", who want a good stretch and to move their bodies, but nothing too challenging (perfect for the morning after a big night out!)

Goal: To feel rejuvenated, calm and also get a bit of a burn
Level 2: “SocialMotion”

The Vibe: A beat driven, full body workout combining body weight and resistance bands. Low impact, grounded moves that will still get your heart rate up

Best For: Groups with a variety of fitness levels who are wanting to get a good sweat and muscle burn

Goal: To feel energized, to feel strong, and to have fun!
Level 3: “ComMotion”

The Vibe: A beat driven, full body workout combining body weight and resistance bands. High intensity moves that will push your body to the limit!

Best For: Groups who are used to working out regularly and want a class that will kick their butts

Goal: To feel challenged, to get sweaty, and to have fun!
"What if my group has all different fitness levels?"
Our instructor Becca has been a group fitness instructor for over decade - she knows how to make sure everyone can participate! Choose the level of class you think the most amount of people in your group will enjoy, and then Becca will provide modifications throughout the class to help people decrease or increase the intensity, and to also make adjustments based on mobility, injuries, etc.
"What kind of space do I need?"
"What if I don’t have a space to host the class?"
We recommend a clear, flat area where each participant has enough room to extend their arms fully in every direction. Grassy areas, driveways, or large indoor rooms work great.
No space? No problem! We have partners with indoor and outdoor spaces we can utilize. Just let us know if you need a space!
"Do you provide the equipment?"
Yes! We bring everything needed for the class – mats, resistance bands, and sound system. You & your group just need to show up ready to move, but bring your own water bottle and/or mimosa!

EXPERIENCE
"How many people can join a private class?"
Our class style works great with groups of about 10 to 20 participants, but we can customize for larger events of any size, or for more intimate small groups. It’s all about the community vibe!
"Can we request specific music?"
Absolutely! Since this is your private session, we love hearing what gets your group moving. We offer a variety of set playlists with different vibes for you to choose from, or can completely custom tailor the vibe to fit your squad’s taste for an additional fee. Examples of our set playlists include:

"How do I book a personal training session with Becca?"
You can book directly through our website or send us a message! Becca is currently accepting new clients for one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific goals, whether it's building strength or increasing accountability.
"Will my program be personalized?"
Absolutely! Your personal training journey starts with a consultation where we discuss your goals, injury history, and what motivates you to ensure every minute is spent effectively.
"Where do personal training sessions take place?"
Becca can work with you and your schedule to meet you where is best for you – whether that is at your home, in your gym, at the park, or virtually!
"Can you help with nutrition?"
While we aren't registered dietitians, we offer general guidance on healthy habits and how to fuel your body for the best performance before, during, and after your training sessions.
